If your event is canceled you don't have to do a thing. We'll inform you of the cancellation and refund your entire order (including fees) on the same card used for purchase. Your refund should post to your account 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Unfortunately we can't help with refunds for Fan-to-Fan resale tickets for rescheduled events if you can't make the new date. The good news is you can sell your tickets on Ticketmaster straight from My Account.
