Each Live Nation Concert Update contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail or footer. Click the unsubscribe link in the email to be removed from our mailing list. If you receive the updates in text format, you may have to copy and paste the link into your browser.

At any time, you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails from us by clicking here and following the instructions to unsubscribe.

Why did I get an email about a class action settlement in Quebec?
If you received an email regarding a proposed class action in Quebec, you may be affected by a proposed class action settlement.  The settlement class includes Quebec residents who purchased a ticket to an event at certain venues in Quebec using the www.ticketmaster.ca website or mobile web.  The settlement has not yet been approved by the court.  Please visit http://lpclex.com/ticketmaster-settlement/ for more information.

We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets prior to arriving to your event. Our app will save your tickets and will allow you to view them in the event you lose internet access. See example here.

If you're using our mobile site instead of the app, you will also be given the option to save your tickets if viewed prior to losing internet connection.

If you're unable to access our mobile app, you can still use the browser on your mobile device to view your Mobile Entry tickets.

How to Access Your Ticket(s) using the Mobile Website:

  1. Open web browser app and go to ticketmaster.com.
  2. Tap the menu icon on the top left of your screen and click “My Tickets.”
  3. Sign in and tap on your order.
  4. Click the “View Tickets” button to access your tickets.
  5. Present barcode to get scanned (scroll down to view each ticket).
