Just click the Sell button on your order in My Account to start the easy step-by-step: you'll select the tickets you want to list, set your price, and enter your debit card or checking account info. You can edit or remove your listing anytime, and you'll get paid by direct deposit or pay-by-debit when your tickets sell.
If there's a Sell button on your order in My Account chances are you're good to go. (In rare instances an artist, team, or venue may not allow resale for certain rows/seats.)
You can sell tickets for many events on Ticketmaster, and we're getting artists, teams, and venues to include 100% verified Fan-to-Fan resale tickets for more and more of their events all the time.
Right now only tickets bought on our site can be sold on our site - and only for events that include Fan-to-Fan resale tickets. We're working on letting you list for those events no matter where you bought your tickets.
If your event is canceled you don't have to do a thing. We'll inform you of the cancellation and refund your entire order (including fees) on the same card used for purchase. Your refund should post to your account 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation notice.
Unfortunately we can't help with refunds for Fan-to-Fan resale tickets for rescheduled events if you can't make the new date. The good news is you can sell your tickets on Ticketmaster straight from My Account.
First, find the two deposits (each less than $1) in the checking account you used for your seller profile. Then sign in to your Ticketmaster account and zip through the following:
You'll get paid in 7-10 business days once your account is verified. And you won’t have to do this again unless your account info changes.
It's easy - you just have to delete the old info before you add the new info. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account and follow these simple steps:
Once your updated account info is verified you'll get paid in 7-10 business days.
You always get the real deal with Ticketmaster. All tickets are 100% authentic and guaranteed to get you in, including Fan-to-Fan resale tickets.
You're taking a risk with anyone else. Resale sites may have tickets with our name on them, but unless you buy them with us you could be buying counterfeits.
Unless you're buying directly from the venue box office, stick with Ticketmaster.
If you're talking Ticketmaster they are. We verify and reissue every ticket sold by fans so you don't just get someone's old ticket - or even riskier a photocopy of their ticket. The seat you buy is always the seat you get.
Look for the Fan-to-Fan resale logo in the top right corner of the event page.
You'll get one or all three of these free and convenient options: Mobile, Print-at-Home, or Credit Card Entry.
That's the goal. We're getting artists, teams, and venues to include 100% verified Fan-to-Fan resale tickets for more and more of their events all the time.
Ticket Exchange is the official fan-to fan resale marketplace of the NFL, NBA, NHL, and more.
Buyers get seats sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, so getting in is 100% guaranteed. Sellers get secure, no-hassle payment and never deal with ticket delivery.
To learn more visit Ticket Exchange, click a sport/category, and click a team/venue. Then look for FAQ/Help.
Note: you can sell tickets for many events right from your Ticketmaster account. To check just look for a Sell button on your event in your account. If it’s there you can click to list on Ticketmaster.ca.
