Ticketmaster Resale

Just click the Sell button on your order in My Account to start the easy step-by-step: you'll select the tickets you want to list, set your price, and enter your debit card or checking account info. You can edit or remove your listing anytime, and you'll get paid by direct deposit or pay-by-debit when your tickets sell.

If there's a Sell button on your order in My Account chances are you're good to go. (In rare instances an artist, team, or venue may not allow resale for certain rows/seats.)

Right now only tickets bought on our site can be sold on our site - and only for events that include Fan-to-Fan resale tickets. We're working on letting you list for those events no matter where you bought your tickets.

If your event is canceled you don't have to do a thing. We'll inform you of the cancellation and refund your entire order (including fees) on the same card used for purchase. Your refund should post to your account 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Unfortunately we can't help with refunds for Fan-to-Fan resale tickets for rescheduled events if you can't make the new date. The good news is you can sell your tickets on Ticketmaster straight from My Account.

First, find the two deposits (each less than $1) in the checking account you used for your seller profile. Then sign in to your Ticketmaster account and zip through the following:

  1. Click Payment Options under Account Settings
  2. Click the Verify Now button under Selling Tickets
  3. Enter the deposits in the boxes
  4. Click "Submit"

You'll get paid in 7-10 business days once your account is verified. And you won’t have to do this again unless your account info changes.

You always get the real deal with Ticketmaster. All tickets are 100% authentic and guaranteed to get you in, including Fan-to-Fan resale tickets.

You're taking a risk with anyone else. Resale sites may have tickets with our name on them, but unless you buy them with us you could be buying counterfeits.

Unless you're buying directly from the venue box office, stick with Ticketmaster.

If you're talking Ticketmaster they are. We verify and reissue every ticket sold by fans so you don't just get someone's old ticket - or even riskier a photocopy of their ticket. The seat you buy is always the seat you get.
