You can easily add your tickets to a mobile wallet to ensure that you're ready to enter your next event and help you avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Before adding tickets to your wallet, ensure that you’re using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster Account hasn’t been downloaded to another fan’s Apple or Google Wallet.
To add your tickets to your mobile wallet, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets to locate your order.
- Tap your order to view tickets.
- Tap on Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
You'll find your tickets in your mobile wallet app. Barcodes are not displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.
To use your Apple Wallet ticket for entry, follow these steps:
- Find your ticket in your Apple Wallet.
- View your tickets for the event.
- Present your device to the scanner.
If your ticket is grayed out or is listed as invalid in your mobile wallet, it’s been transferred, sold or canceled and can no longer be used for entry. If you didn’t sell or transfer your tickets but your ticket says it’s invalid, please contact Fan Support.

To use your Google Wallet ticket for entry, follow these steps:
- Find your ticket in your Google Wallet.
- View your tickets for the event.
- When you see the Hold to Reader message, present your phone to the contactless entry point.
- Depending on which brand and model of Android phone you’re using, the NFC antenna may be located in different positions. If you’re unsure, you may need to try the top, middle or bottom of your device.

What is Near-Field Communications (NFC)?
NFC allows fans with Android devices to use contactless entry. In your device’s settings, find the Connected devices section and tap Connection preferences. If you see NFC options, your phone has the feature.
How do I enable contactless entry on Google Wallet?
- Go to settings in Google Wallet.
- Tap Set up contactless.
- Tap Turn on NFC.
- Make sure NFC is switched on and Google Wallet is set as your default payment.
My contactless entry isn’t working. How do I access my tickets?
View your ticket in Google Wallet, tap Show code and present your rotating barcode.
Ensure that you’re using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster Account hasn’t been downloaded to another fan’s Apple or Google Wallet.
Why does the ticket in my mobile wallet say it’s invalid?
Invalid tickets found in your mobile wallet have been transferred, sold or canceled and can no longer be used for entry. You can confirm the status of your order in My Tickets. If you didn’t sell or transfer your tickets but your ticket says it’s invalid, please contact Fan Support.
