If you've purchased tickets close to the event date or on the day of the event, allow up to an hour for your order to be processed. If you don’t see your tickets an hour before your event, contact Fan Support.
If you’re an international fan, your delivery may take longer. Allow until five days before you leave for Canada to contact Fan Support.
