If you're unable to access our app, you can still use the browser on your device to view your order. We recommend adding your tickets to a digital wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand — even without internet connection.
How to access your tickets using the mobile website:
- Open a web browser and go to Ticketmaster.ca.
- Sign into your My Account.
- Tap the circle in the top right and tap Upcoming Events.
- Find your order and tap View Tickets to access your tickets.
- Present your ticket for scanning.
