How do I edit or remove tickets listed for resale?

You can quickly update your Ticketmaster listing with just a few clicks.

Editing your listing

To edit your listing on Ticketmaster.ca, follow these steps:

• 1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
  2. Find your order under the My Tickets.
  3. Locate your listing information beneath the ticket details.
  4. Select the pencil icon to open the My Listings page.
  5. Tap pencil icon next to the listing price per ticket to update the price.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the price.
  4. Click Submit Edit and your listing price will be updated shortly.

To comply with local legislation, resale listings for events in Quebec and British Columbia include identifying information about who is selling the ticket that will be publicly displayed to buyers viewing your listing on the event page.

For events in Quebec, effective September 8th, 2026, listings from individual sellers will display the seller’s first and last name, and listings from professional sellers will display the broker company name, contact information, and location. For events in British Columbia, effective July 22nd, 2026, listings from professional sellers will display the broker company name, contact information, and location. This information is required to be displayed and cannot be edited or removed.
 

Removing your listing

Select the appropriate tab for instructions on removing your listing:

• 1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
  2. Find your order under the My Tickets.
  3. Locate your listing information beneath the ticket details.
  4. Select the trashcan icon.
  5. Tap Yes to confirm that you want to remove your listing and it will be taken down shortly.

  3. Click the Remove Listing button to the right of the listing you want to remove.
  4. Confirm that you want to remove your listing and it will be taken down shortly.

Resale listings can be removed at any time at the discretion of the Event Organizer, artist, team or venue. Check your order details for any event changes — you may be able to repost your tickets if eligible.
