How do I know if I can sell my tickets?

To find out if your tickets are eligible for resale, follow these steps:

• 1. Sign into your My Account.
  2. Tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets.
  3. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated resale, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn’t the primary ticket provider.

  3. Click the Sell Tickets button.

In order to resell your tickets for events in Canada, you must have a Canadian bank account.
