Refund eligibility depends on the Event Organizer's policies, requirements and refund window. Ticketmaster can issue refunds only while the Event Organizer authorizes them and the refund window is open, and can't override a no-refund policy. If the Event Organizer changes the status of an event (including cancelations or event date changes), we’ll send you a notification explaining your options.
Refunds for lineup or act changes are determined by the Event Organizer and may not be available for every event.
For the most up-to-date information on refunds for your event, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Find your order under the My Tickets section.
-
If the Event Organizer is offering refunds for your event, a Request Refund button will appear.
Once you submit your refund request, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We'll process your refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
For more information, please see Our Policies for the purchase policy applicable to your original purchase.
