All sales are final. Event Organizers determine refund guidelines and are only allowed in limited circumstances. For detailed information on our refund policies, please see our Purchase Policy.
Based on the circumstances of your event, select one of the options below for further instructions:

If the Event Organizer has approved refunds, you’ll see a Request Refund button in your Ticketmaster Account. After you’ve submitted your refund request, it will be processed to the original method of payment used when you purchased your tickets. It should appear in your account within 5-7 days depending on your bank’s processing time.
The options to transfer or sell your tickets may be available. When they’re offered, you’ll see a Transfer or Sell button on your order.
When purchasing tickets in the future, you may want to elect to buy ticket insurance which offers refunds for covered reasons. Read more about it in our Ticket Insurance help page.

No action is required. Refunds are processed to the original method of
payment
used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event
Organizer.
It should appear in your account within 14-21 days.

I have add-ons/upsells in my order. Can I get these refunded?
If the Event Organizer authorizes refunds and you choose to request a refund, the cost of your upsells (e.g. VIP Club, Lawn Chair, Parking, Fast Lane, etc.) will be refunded to your original method of payment used at time of purchase.
We can’t provide refunds for your Fan Club membership purchase or merchandise that has been shipped or delivered.
Can I get a partial refund?
If the Event Organizer offers refunds, it will apply to the entire order.
