When your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout, you’ll only be able to access your tickets on your phone. Tickets can’t be printed from your account or get emailed to you.
How do I find and use my tickets?
Download our app to use your mobile tickets. You’ll be able to access the ticket barcodes three days before your event.

To use your mobile tickets for event entry, follow these steps:
- Open the Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand — even without internet connection. Screenshots will not be accepted for entry.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry.
If you and your companions all present at the entrance when tickets are scanned, you can keep their tickets on your phone and present them without transferring them.
What should I do if I can't access my tickets on event day?
If it is the day of the event, visit the venue's Mobile Resolution Window. It's typically near the main entrance and opens about 90 minutes before the event or showtime. Bring your order number, a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order and the card used for purchase or its last four digits.
How do I access mobile entry tickets if I lose internet access?
We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet before leaving for your event to ensure that you can access them at the venue. Visit our help article How do I use Apple or Google Wallet? for a step-by-step guide.
I live outside of the listed countries. How do I access my mobile tickets for an event in those countries?
If you're unable to access our app, use your mobile web browser to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
- Open Ticketmaster.com in your phone’s mobile web browser.
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Ticket to access your tickets.
- If a wallet option is available, select Add to Wallet.
You can access your tickets without a mobile wallet. If the wallet option isn't available, use the access method shown for your tickets.
