Where are my Digital Collectibles?
Your NFTs are accessible through Ticketmaster Digital Collectibles using the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account at the time they were issued.
How can I export my NFTs?
The export process depends on which blockchain your NFT was issued on. Here's how to export based on the Blockchain your token is on:
Not sure which blockchain your NFT is on? Once you initiate the export, you’ll be guided to the correct export method based on your token.
-
- Go to my.ticketmastercollectibles.com/wallet on your desktop and sign in using the email associated with your Ticketmaster Account.
- Select My Digital Collectibles to view your collection.
- Select the collectible you’d like to export, then select More and Move From Wallet.
- Select Connect and sign into your Dapper Wallet or select Get a Wallet to create one.
- Once your Dapper Wallet is connected, select Export.
- Check your Dapper Wallet to confirm the export was successful. The transaction may take a few seconds to complete.
-
- Visit MetaMask.io/download and install the MetaMask Extension for your browser.
- Once installed, go to my.ticketmastercollectibles.com/wallet on your desktop and sign in using the email associated with your Ticketmaster Account.
- Select My Digital Collectibles to view your collection.
- Select the collectible you'd like to export. Confirm whether your token is a Solana or Polygon NFT by looking for View on Solana or View on Polygon below the issuer name.
- Select More and Move From Wallet. In the dropdown menu, select your connected MetaMask Wallet or choose Connect A New Wallet. If you’re connecting a new wallet, MetaMask will automatically launch in a pop-up window. If you’re using an existing wallet, you’ll need to open the MetaMask browser extension before proceeding.
- In MetaMask, select Connect to connect your wallet. Be sure that the wallet that you select aligns with the type of token you are exporting (Solana or Polygon).
- Once your MetaMask Wallet is connected, select Export.
- Check your MetaMask Wallet to confirm the export was successful. The transaction may take a few seconds to complete.
Good to know
- There is no fee (gas or otherwise) to export.
- Complete your exports before December 1, 2026. Ticketmaster Digital Collectibles will no longer support NFT management after that date.
- If you're creating a new wallet, save your password somewhere secure. Never share it with anyone, including Ticketmaster.
I just want to download the media/artwork and don't want to export the NFT itself. What should I do?
If you don’t want to export your Collectible to your own blockchain wallet, here's how to download just the media file to save, print, and keep:
- Sign into Ticketmaster Digital Collectibles using the email associated with your Ticketmaster Account.
- Navigate to your collection.
- Open the Collectible whose artwork you'd like to save.
- Tap the More button.
- Tap Download Media.
- In the small window that opens, tap the front and/or back of the Digital Collectible to download it to your device.
This will save the artwork directly to your device, just like any other image or video file. No wallet required!
Download your media before December 1, 2026 to make sure you have a copy saved. Keep in mind that saving the media isn't the same as keeping the Collectible. After December 1, 2026, the Collectible will no longer be accessible unless you export it to your own blockchain wallet.
How long do I have to export / access my NFTs?
You will have until December 1st, 2026 to access and export your NFTs. After this date, you will no longer be able to access, export, or download your NFTs or associated media through Ticketmaster Digital Collectibles.
If you need help exporting your NFTs to an external wallet or downloading your artwork, please reach out before December 1st, 2026.
Why aren't my Live Nation / concert Digital Ticket Stubs included here?
Live Nation Digital Ticket Stubs are a separate product from the NFTs issued through Ticketmaster Digital Collectibles, and they are not affected by this change at this time.
Digital Ticket Stubs are not eligible for export, but they will continue to be available for you to access at livevct.com.
