To get your Ticketmaster Verified tickets, you must claim them after your purchase. We'll send you an email confirmation of your purchase with a link to claim your tickets to the email address associated with your Amazon Alexa order. The email subject line will contain “Your Ticketmaster Order….(via Amazon Pay).” For example, if you purchased tickets to the NBA Orlando Magic, the email subject line would contain “Your Ticketmaster Order 54-51111/FL2 for Orlando Magic (via Amazon Pay)."
If you don't receive an order confirmation, please check your spam and junk folders. If it was delivered there instead of your inbox, mark the email as Not Spam and add our email to your contacts to avoid future issues.
To claim your tickets, follow these steps:
- In the confirmation email, click Claim Your Tickets.
- On the Claim Tickets page, click Claim Tickets.
- Sign into your My Account or click Sign Up to create a new account.
- Your tickets will be automatically stored in your account.
