American Express Presale begins on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local venue time. American Express presale tickets don’t require a code, but you do need to complete the purchase with an American Express credit card.
There are several types of presales that may be available, including the Artist Presale and presales with codes. Visit our help page for more details on the different types of presales.
Ticket availability may differ between presales.
Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
VIP Packages
Benson Boone is offering several VIP package options. You can find the full details on this VIP page or search for them while you pick your tickets by selecting Filters and checking the box next to the star icon. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out. VIP Package items are subject to change by the Event Organizer.

All merchandise, VIP package elements, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Ticket insurance will not apply to transferred tickets.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
