BTS will perform 41 shows across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, UK and Europe. You can review a list of the venues, locations, and dates by clicking the Event Chart below. This chart’s information may change at the direction of the event organizer, so please check the BTS details page for the most updated information.

A limited number of tickets for BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' shows in the U.S. and Canada will be made available for request at face value through Ticketmaster. Any fan can sign up to request tickets between April 13 and April 14.

After submitting if your request can be fulfilled, your credit card will automatically be charged and you’ll get an email from Ticketmaster with further instructions.

BTS Ticket Request

Ticket requests for BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG’ are now open. BTS is giving fans the flexibility to request tickets. Simply choose your preferred shows and ticket options. The more options you select, the better your chances of getting tickets.

After the request window closes on Tuesday, April 14 at 11 p.m. ET, we'll let you know if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled, and your card will be charged.

What happens after I request tickets?

You’ll get an email summarizing your request, but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get a second email by end of day Tuesday, April 21 if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If your requested tickets are fulfilled your card will be charged. You will NOT receive another email if your requested tickets can not be fulfilled. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges will not be available.

Who is eligible to request tickets?

Anyone with a Ticketmaster Account can request tickets.

Am I guaranteed tickets?

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.

What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?

You can review the status of your requested tickets anytime by returning to the My Request page. If your tickets are not fulfilled, the status will show as unsuccessful. Fans whose requested tickets are not fulfilled will not receive an email, and your card will not be charged.

Can I place multiple requests?

You can place 1 request in the U.S. and 1 request in Canada for up to 2 events per country. If you submit a second request for shows in either, your previous ticket request in that country will be cancelled.

Can I change my request?

Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Tuesday, April 14 at 11 p.m. ET. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.

Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?

Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Tuesday, April 14 at 11 p.m. ET on the My Request page.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

TICKET LIMITS

For BTS’s Ticket Request, you can request up to 4 tickets per event for up to 2 events per country, totaling 4 events across US and Canada. Requesting tickets to more than one show? Keep in mind that while unlikely, you could be charged for tickets to multiple shows in your request. You can see the maximum amount you could be charged in the 'Potential Total' in your request summary. Only request the number of tickets you are prepared to pay for. If you choose multiple events, you can prioritize your first preference.

TICKET DELIVERY

At the request of the tour, tickets will be mobile-only and your barcode will not display until 48 hours before the event. You can view your order and transfer tickets but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
