The Artist Presale is on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT.
How do I sign up for the Backstreet Boys' Artist Presale?
Visit the Backstreet Boys' Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
- Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You're all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site
You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes. We’ll send you an email the day before your presales with a link to join.
How does the Backstreet Boys Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. The day before each of your presales we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
For presales hosted by Ticketmaster, we recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale.

Accessing your mobile tickets
