When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale is on Thursday, February 26, 2026 and runs from 8:00 a.m. local venue time until 10:00 p.m. local venue time. You can purchase up to 4 tickets during a presale.
How do I sign up for the Freya Skye’s Artist Presale?
Visit the Freya Skye’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. PT.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
- Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You’re all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site.
How does the Freya Skye Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we'll email you a link the day before and send an SMS reminder (US & CA phone numbers only) up to an hour before tickets go on sale.
Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presales as access is tied to your account.

Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Face Value Ticket Exchange
Freya Skye is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value.

New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, Ticketmaster will still honor Freya Skye's terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.
