Presale
There are several types of presales that may be available, including the Artist Presale, presales with codes, Sponsor Presales exclusively for their customers and Fan Clubs. Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Face Value Ticket Exchange
Jungle is using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value.

New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, tickets can be transferred but Ticketmaster will still honor Jungle’s terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.
