VIP Packages
IVE is offering several VIP package options. You can find the full details on this VIP page or search for them while you pick your tickets by selecting Filters and checking the box next to the star icon. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out. VIP Package items are subject to change by the Event Organizer.

All merchandise, VIP package elements, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Ticket insurance will not apply to transferred tickets.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
