When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale is on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 and runs from 10:00 a.m. PT until 10:00 p.m. PT. You can purchase up to 4 tickets during a presale.
How do I sign up for the LISA’s Artist Presale?
Visit the LISA’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Sunday, April, 19, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. PT.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
- Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You're all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site
You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes. We’ll send you an email and/or text message the day before your presales with a link to join.
How does the LISA Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. The day before each of your presales we'll email you a link the day before and send an SMS reminder (US & CA phone numbers only) up to an hour before tickets go on sale.
For presales hosted by Ticketmaster, we recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale.

Who can sign up for the Artist Presale?
Artist Presales are open to anyone who signs up in advance.
For U.S. Live Nation shows on this tour, the presales are exclusively available to Live Nation All Access members, so if you’re not yet a member, when you sign up for the Artist Presale, you will automatically join Live Nation All Access for free.
