What happens after I request tickets?
You’ll get an email summarizing your request. After the request window closes, you’ll get another email on or before Thursday, June 11, 2026 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.
Who is eligible to request tickets?
Anyone with a Ticketmaster Account can request tickets.
Am I guaranteed tickets?
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you.
What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?
You’ll get an email confirming that none of your requested tickets could be fulfilled.
Can I place multiple requests?
No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled.
Can I change my request?
Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.
Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?
Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET on the My Request page.
