How do I go to connect my Avion Rewards and Ticketmaster Accounts?
After signing into your account on Ticketmaster.ca, navigate to My Account and click My Profile, then select the Connected Accounts tab. There, you ‘ll be able to connect or disconnect your Avion Rewards account.
What can I buy with Avion Rewards points?
Avion Rewards members can redeem Avion Rewards points for any eligible tickets to any event on Ticketmaster.ca. Points cannot be applied to the following types of tickets: (i) those that are made available through a credit card sponsored offer; and (ii) Verified Resale tickets. For clarity, points cannot be redeemed toward any product or service that may be sold on Ticketmaster.ca (such as ticket insurance and/or gift cards), other than eligible tickets.

Do I earn Avion Rewards points with Ticketmaster?
Yes. All Avion Rewards members can earn Avion Rewards points when using an eligible RBC credit card to pay for tickets. The points you earn will be added to your account based on your card earning rate.
Is there a maximum amount of Avion Rewards points a member can burn through Ticketmaster purchases?
Yes. Avion Rewards Members can use up to $500 worth of Avion Rewards points on eligible purchases per day

What is the minimum number of Avion Rewards points that can be used for an eligible purchase on Ticketmaster.ca?
The minimum number of Avion Rewards points that can be used for an eligible purchase on Ticketmaster.ca is CA $0.01 worth of Avion Points. Avion Rewards members will not be able to use points toward purchases on Ticketmaster.ca unless their point balance is equal to or greater than CA $0.01.
Can I use Avion Rewards points toward my Ticketmaster purchase over the phone?
No. You can only use Avion Rewards points towards online purchases on Ticketmaster.ca.
Can I pay for part of my order with Avion Rewards points and the rest with another payment method?
Yes. Avion Rewards Members can use Avion Rewards points (up to daily max of $500 per day) to make a partial payment and then use an eligible credit/debit card or Ticketmaster gift card to pay for the rest of your order. Third-party payments such as PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay are not available as a secondary payment option.
Can I apply promotional codes or credits to orders for which I use Avion Rewards points to pay?
Yes. Avion Rewards Members may apply any eligible promotional codes or credits to orders paid using Avion Rewards points. Ticketmaster first applies the promo codes or any credit amount stored in your account, then uses your Avion Rewards points, and finally, you pay any remaining balance with a credit/debit card connected to your registered account or a Ticketmaster gift card to complete the purchase.
Can I combine Avion Rewards points and points from another loyalty program to pay for my order?
No. Multiple rewards programs cannot be aggregated for a single order. If you don’t have enough Avion Rewards points to pay for your entire order, the remaining balance will be applied to your credit/debit card or Ticketmaster gift card.
I have a Ticketmaster gift card or stored value available in my Ticketmaster Account. How will this be applied when paying with Avion Rewards points?
Ticketmaster first applies the Avion Rewards points you requested to use, then your Ticketmaster gift card or any credit amount stored in your account, and finally any remaining balance will be applied to your credit/debit card.
Will I receive any Avion Rewards points I used toward a purchase back in the event of a cancellation or if I request a refund?
In case of an event cancellation or a refund is otherwise owed to you pursuant to Ticketmaster’s terms and conditions, all points used for the purchase will be returned in a form of a Ticketmaster.ca digital gift card:
- Paid with Points Only: You will receive a Ticketmaster.ca gift card for the full CAD equivalent value of the points used.
- Paid with Points + another payment method: The cash portion will be refunded to the original form of payment, and the CAD equivalent value of the points used will be provided as a Ticketmaster.ca digital gift card.
Please allow up to 5-6 business days for refunds to appear on your original form of payment and up to 6 weeks for any applicable digital gift card to be delivered to your Ticketmaster.ca account email.
What if I want to disconnect my Avion Rewards account with Ticketmaster?
If you no longer want to use Avion Rewards points to pay for tickets or earn points for tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.ca, you can disconnect your Avion Rewards account under the Connected Accounts tab in your Account Settings. You will still be able to use your other payment methods connected to your Ticketmaster Account for transactions on Ticketmaster.ca.
