There are a few reasons you might not be receiving emails from Ticketmaster. Here's what to check:
- Check your spam or junk folder: Ticketmaster emails occasionally get filtered. Search for emails from @ticketmaster.com in your spam folder and mark them as not spam.
- Make sure the right email is on your account: Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account and check that the email address in your Profile Details is correct and one you have access to. If you need to update your email, you can update your email address in your Ticketmaster profile.
- Update your email: If the email address associated with your Ticketmaster Account is an Apple Private Relay address (like xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com or xxx@@private.icloud.com) instead of your personal email, you’ll need to sign in using the private relay address, reset your password, and add your personal email to access your Ticketmaster Account. I haven't received my password reset email. What should I do?
If you've disabled email forwarding for Hide My Email in your Apple account, we can no longer send emails to the address on file, including password reset emails. Reactivate forwarding in your Apple account so emails to your Hide My Email address reach you again. See Apple's help page for instructions.
Once you’ve enabled email forwarding, request another password reset.
