Can I place multiple requests?
No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled.
Can I change my request?
Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 AM CT. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.
Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?
Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 AM CT on the My Request page.
