After the request window closes on Friday, July 10 at 11:59 PM ET, we'll let you know if your requested tickets can be fulfilled.
What happens after I request tickets?
You’ll get an email summarizing your request. After the request window closes, you’ll get another email on Monday, July 13, 2026 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.
Who is eligible to request tickets?
Anyone with a Ticketmaster Account can request tickets.
Am I guaranteed tickets?
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you.
What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?
You’ll get an email confirming that none of your requested tickets could be fulfilled.
Can I place multiple requests?
No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled.
Can I change my request?
Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Sunday, July 12 at 11:59 PM ET. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.
Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?
Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Sunday, July 12 at 11:59 PM ET on the My Request page.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
