After the request window closes on Saturday, August 8 at 11:59 PM EDT, we'll let you know if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled, and your card will be charged.
What happens after I request tickets?
You’ll get an email summarizing your request. After the request window closes, you’ll get another email on Monday, August 10, 2026 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.
Who is eligible to request tickets?
Anyone with a Ticketmaster Account can request tickets.
Am I guaranteed tickets?
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you.
What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?
You’ll get an email confirming that none of your requested tickets could be fulfilled.
Can I place multiple requests?
No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled.
Can I change my request?
Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Saturday, August 8, at 11:59 PM EDT. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.
Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?
Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Saturday, August 8, at 11:59 PM EDT on the My Request page.
Face Value Ticket Exchange
Conan Gray is using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange to keep tickets at the original prices set by the tour. If your plans change, you can sell your tickets to another fan at the original price paid on Ticketmaster, with no additional fees. For added security, Face Value Exchange tickets are wallet only and must be added to your mobile wallet to permit entry to the event. Tickets are non-transferable where allowed.

New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, tickets can be transferred but Ticketmaster will still honor Conan Gray’s terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be Thursday, August 13, 2026. At that time, you'll be able to view your order.
For this event, barcodes will not be shown, so you're required to add your tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet.
To add your tickets to your wallet, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets.
- Tap the add to wallet button and either select your ticket or add all of the tickets to your wallet.
When you're ready to enter, present your ticket from your mobile wallet.
If you're unable to add your ticket to your wallet, visit the box office for assistance.
