Motionless in White is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. Tickets listed elsewhere through unauthorized sources may be fake or invalid. Only tickets displayed in the Ticketmaster app will be valid for this event.

New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Utah and Connecticut have state laws that prevent resale restrictions. In those states, Ticketmaster will still honor Motionless in White's terms by keeping resale prices at face value on its site.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event.
For this event, barcodes will not be shown, so you're required to add your tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet.
To add your tickets to your wallet, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets.
- Tap the add to wallet button and either select your ticket or add all of the tickets to your wallet.
- When you're ready to enter, present your ticket from your mobile wallet.
If you're unable to add your ticket to your wallet, visit the box office for assistance.
