So that no one uses unfair ticket technology to buy tickets in bulk, some performers, teams and venues use delivery delay. This prevents tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event’s ticket limit.
These tickets won’t be shipped and mobile ticket barcodes won’t be available until the delivery delay passes. Delivery information is provided within your purchase confirmation email, on your order in My Account, or on the event page.
If you haven’t received your tickets, or can't see a ticket barcode two days (48 hours) before the event, please contact Fan Support and we’ll help you.
